"Warranty Help Was Good, Just a Bit Slow"
Delta did end up covering the issue with my faucet under warranty, so I can’t really complain too much. I guess in my head, warranty claim automatically meant it would be a quick back-and-forth, but it took longer than I expected to hear from them. Once things got moving, it was fine. Overall, not a bad experience — I just wish the process had been a little faster...

"Works well, but nothing fancy"
So far, I’m happy with this faucet. The handle turns smoothly and doesn’t feel loose or wobbly, which I really like. Adjusting between hot and cold is simple and easy to control. It’s not the most impressive or high-end faucet I’ve ever used, but for everyday use it does the job well

"Handy when it works, but a little inconsistent"
I picked up this Delta faucet with the touch/sensor feature, it’s been kind of a mixed bag. When it works, it’s super convenient, especially when my hands are covered in food while cooking. But there are times when the sensor is either way too sensitive or just doesn’t respond right away, and that part was weird. I’ve had to wave my hand a few times or just use it like a regular faucet. It’s not bad overall, but for the price, I expected it to be a bit more reliable

I had a harder time installing this than I thought I would. The instructions were a bit confusing, and what seemed like it should’ve been a quick setup ended up taking way longer. Based on this experience, I’d say this probably isn’t the easiest product to install unless you’re already handy.

"Worked better than I expected"
I installed this about 6 months ago and wasn’t expecting much beyond hoping it wouldn’t leak. So far, it’s stayed completely dry with no drips under the sink, which is exactly what I needed. Happy with it.

"Works great, even if I felt a bit ignored at first"
We’ve had our Delta touch faucet for about a year now, it’s been really solid. I was worried the touch feature would be glitchy or annoying, but it turns on and off every time without any drama. It’s especially nice when my hands are wet or covered in food while cooking. The batteries have lasted longer than I expected too. I did feel a little ignored when I had a question early on and didn’t get much help, but the faucet itself has been great and I’m still really happy with it.

At first, I was happy with it because it looks nice and worked fine for a while. But after just a few months, the handle started feeling loose, which is frustrating because I expected better quality. I’ve tried to be patient, but at this point it feels like something that shouldn’t be happening so soon, so I’m planning to take it up with customer service and see what they’re willing to do about it.

"Warranty claim was actually easy"
I had a leaky kitchen faucet and ended up filing a warranty claim through Delta’s website. They just asked me for a photo and the receipt, and then they sent the replacement part for free. it was way easier than I expected, no back and forth or runaround. That’s how a warranty claim should work, right?

"Sprayer snaps back perfectly"
I’ve had this faucet for a few months now, it’s been great. The pull-down sprayer clicks back into place every single time without drooping or needing me to mess with it, which was a constant annoyance with my old faucet. The magnet feels strong enough to hold it securely, but it’s still easy to pull out when I need it. To me, it just feels well-designed and reliable. Really happy with it so far.

At first, I was really happy with this faucet. It looked nice and worked exactly how I expected, so I felt like I’d made a solid choice. But after about a year, the handle has started feeling a bit loose, which is kind of frustrating. It still works and thankfully there aren’t any major leaks, so I’m not totally upset about it. I just expected it to feel a little sturdier for longer...

The box showed up clean and completely undamaged, which was a relief. I always worry about packages getting banged up in transit and ending up with something ruined or needing to deal with a return, but thankfully there were no issues here.

"Took Longer Than I Expected"
I’m not sure if I missed a step somewhere or if the order of things just wasn’t clear, but the diagrams had me confused. What I thought would take a few minutes ended up dragging on way longer than expected, and I kept having to go back and figure out what I was supposed to do next

I noticed a bit of a pattern where I’d reach out and then end up waiting days before hearing anything back. The response was fine once it came through, but the delay made the whole experience feel slower than it needed to be.

The faucet looks good and works fine overall, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but the temperature control isn’t as smooth as I thought it would be. It seems to jump from warm to really hot quickly, and I find myself having to fiddle with it more than I expected. It’s not a huge deal and I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but for everyday use it is a bit annoying.

I got this faucet mostly because I liked the way it looked, and I was a little nervous it might not match my sink once it was installed. But after trying it out, I was relieved to see it fits the style really well. The design is simple, but it still has a nice modern feel to it. Overall, I’m really happy I chose it.

"Spray Could Be Better"
I was a bit disappointed with the spray performance. It comes out weak, and every time I use it, it splashes in a weird way instead of spraying evenly. Not the worst product, but definitely not as effective or convenient as I expected.

"Still doing its job years later"
We bought a Delta kitchen faucet from their site about 4 years ago, it’s still working like it did when we first got it. No leaks, the handle still moves nice and smooth, and the finish hasn’t gotten weird or spotty or anything. I did have to swap out the little aerator once, but the part was easy to find and didn’t cost much. Shipping was normal, nothing special. Overall, I don’t really think about it much, which is kind of the best part. It just works and has held up really well with everyday use.

"Pretty Noisy During Use"
Every time I use it, it makes this loud banging noise that makes me think something isn’t quite right. Maybe it’s just how this one operates, but to me it feels way too noisy and a bit unsettling
